A single one-time price for support with the standard registration of a sole proprietor or limited liability company in Armenia.
The price includes
- an initial consultation;
- assistance in choosing between a sole proprietor and an LLC;
- guidance on an appropriate tax regime;
- preparation of a standard set of documents;
- support during state registration;
- preparation of founder and director information;
- an explanation of the steps required after registration;
- guidance on obtaining an electronic signature;
- consultation on opening a bank account;
- assistance in preparing documents for the bank application;
- guidance on setting up accounting records.
We help prepare the documents and support the bank application, but the selected bank makes the final account-opening decision. Government charges, notarised translations, powers of attorney, apostilles, bank fees and other third-party costs are paid separately when required.
Legal address in Yerevan — AMD 120,000 per year
The standard payment is made once for the full year. A legal address can be ordered independently of accounting support.
The price includes
- the right to use a legal address in Yerevan for one year;
- standard documents required for state registration of the address;
- documentary confirmation of ABEXPRO's right to provide the address for registration.
Receipt, notification, storage, opening, scanning and forwarding of correspondence are not included in the legal-address fee. These services are governed by a separate mail-handling agreement for AMD 5,000 per month.
Monthly instalments of AMD 10,000 are available
Monthly instalments are available when the client registers a sole proprietor or LLC through ABEXPRO and signs an accounting agreement for at least 12 months. The monthly payments are instalments of the annual price, not a monthly rental of the address.
Mail handling — AMD 5,000 per month
A separate agreement covers receipt, logging, notification, storage and handling of correspondence. Registered and official mail is collected under a valid power of attorney. Opening and scanning are performed only under the client's written instruction.
Bank account consultation
We explain the application process, help identify the required documents and prepare for the bank's questions. The selected bank makes the account-opening decision.
