2. Privacy policy
ABEXPRO uses information received from visitors only to handle enquiries, enter into and perform agreements, issue invoices, support payments, protect the website and comply with applicable obligations.
We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own advertising.
3. Personal data processing policy
Data that may be processed
- name and surname;
- email address and telephone number;
- the content of an enquiry and requested-service details;
- agreement, order and invoice information;
- for payment: invoice number, amount, currency and email address;
- technical request data needed for website security and operation.
Purposes
- responding to an enquiry and preparing an offer;
- entering into and performing an agreement;
- accounting and payment administration;
- preventing abuse and protecting the website;
- meeting requirements applicable to the company's activities.
Card data
ABEXPRO does not receive or store the full bank-card number, card expiry date or CVC/CVV. Those details are entered on the secure page of a bank or payment provider.
Processors
Where necessary to operate the website or perform an order, data may be processed by hosting and email providers, the relevant bank/payment provider and professional contractors involved in a particular service. Only the information required for that function is shared.
Google Ads account data
If ABEXPRO is authorized to manage a Google Ads account, the company may process account identifiers, campaign, ad and keyword settings, budgets, performance metrics, recommendations and related status information needed to manage and analyze advertising. This data is used only within the authorized advertising service and internal automation, is not sold, and is accessed only within the permissions granted in Google Ads. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, contract performance, dispute handling and mandatory records. When the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless further retention is required.
Your requests
You may ask what data is processed, request correction or deletion, or ask how it is used by writing to info@abexpro.am. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for future processing.
Cookies
The website may use technical cookies or browser-local data required for normal interface operation and security. ABEXPRO does not use them to sell personal advertising profiles.
4. Changes
The current version is published on this page. Material changes apply from publication unless a later effective date is stated.
